Goldray Glass: Southern California

I was in LA recently and after sharing my schedule with Goldray Glass they asked if I wanted to photograph a few project sites they were involved with.

Light Gate in Manhattan Beach California is a public art piece in front of City Hall and the Public Library. The piece focuses a view through an opening looking west down the street to the ocean and each January 27th and November 14th, the sunset aligns within the keyhole.

Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center is a rehabilitation hospital located in Downey, California. Its name in Spanish means 'Friends' Ranch'. Goldray provided their Dichroic Glass to builder Vision Scenery for the structure called Wrapped In Sunbeams Dichroic Barn by artist Matthew Mazzotta from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Program in Art, Culture and Technology School of Architecture + Planning.

Loma Linda University Medical Center is a large medical facility just outside San Bernardino California. Goldray provided their product to Tower Glass specifically for the colured fins accenting three high aspect wall windows of the Childrens Hospital.
